Kelsey E. Staub // Digital Designer
Originally from Pittsburgh, I moved to Ohio to attend THE Ohio State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Design. I started my career at an advertising agency, where I eventually became the lead designer and studio manager. I then moved on to Nationwide Insurance, where I worked within their User Experience Department as a web designer and project manager. In 2017, I moved to San Diego, CA where I immersed myself in the world of e-commerce, working at a health & wellness company as a UX/UI designer. More recently I worked in the education technology sector where we used testing and analytics to improve user experience.
I believe in simple, functional design. I was trained in school to make things easy to understand for the user. 3 years with an ad agency taught me to translate that into design that makes the client money. Currently, my focus is on creating positive user experiences on the web while meeting business objectives and maintaining brand consistency.
Kelsey is about as solid a performer I could ask for in this role. She is accountable, professional, reliable and a great team player. She [also] helps drive the overall level of creative in the team to a higher place.
